Federico Noya. I build and run web products end to end: full-stack product, unattended systems and SEO as engineering.

SEO, GEO and systems that measure your web business. With data, not promises.

I build and run web products end to end: from the database to the deploy to the thing that actually brings in customers.

(01) ManifestoFour rules I don’t negotiate
  1. 01

    Products, not demos.

ContaDoc handles real tax filings. Getting the settlement cycle right mattered more than any framework choice.

  2. 02

    Automation that runs unattended.

Most of my work is a scheduler, a queue and a script that has to survive a laptop waking up without DNS.

  3. 03

    SEO as engineering. Not keywords.

hreflang reciprocity, canonical mismatches, and sitemaps that return the login page with a 307.

  4. 04

An uncomfortable diagnosis over a pleasant answer.

Complacency costs money. I separate fact, hypothesis and recommendation — and I declare the gaps.

(02) CraftsBeyond blockchain

Five crafts. One system that ties them together.

Also

  • Security

For sites that don’t want to learn about an attack from a customer.

WebAuthn passkeys, TOTP with anti-replay, an AES-256-GCM vault, nonce-based CSP and SSRF protection. WordPress fleets watched for vulnerabilities, and hardening plugins of my own.

  • Markets

For financial projects that need rigour before promises.

Quantitative research with lab discipline: Deflated Sharpe, PBO and guards against HARKing. Trained in AI for Trading (Udacity) and a Master’s in Stock Markets.

Between 2021 and 2023 I studied blockchain and left dozens of practice repos behind. They are still up: deleting them would be pretending I started somewhere else. Today it’s one more tool, not a label.

Veraos.

“I supervise my clients with a system I built myself — not with an Analytics screenshot once a month.”

My own command center: CRM, clients, quotes, the WordPress fleet, monitoring, SEO and finance in a single panel.

Eleven rules run every day, and every finding shows up on the same screen where it gets resolved. Next.js 16, strict TypeScript, MariaDB, passkeys and CI with secret scanning.

Vera is not a chatbot. It’s an engine of pure, idempotent rules that watches what no human can look at every day.

The name comes from the archivist in my novel: the one who catalogues the memory of a fading species.

Underneath, a second brain: an Obsidian vault versioned in git and a 100% local RAG that queries my notes without anything leaving the machine.

Vera OS modules: CRM with attribution, 360º clients, Quotes signed online, WordPress fleet, Monitoring, Weekly technical audit, SEO: positions 8–20, Web events, Content calendar, MRR / ARR, Profit per client, Credentials vault, Signed status pages.

(04b) Cases with numbersSearch Console data, not rounded in my favour

Three cases with the number up front are worth more than twenty logos.

OPS Colombia

From 6 to 1,032 clicks a month in a year, with zero ad spend.

A solar-quotes marketplace in Colombia. The first jump took three months; 1,000 clicks arrived at month ten. In June it fell 44% without touching the site — a Google core update plus seasonality — and by August it was back to 974, 6% off the peak.

  • Data content: a solar atlas of Colombia that earned 730 clicks in 90 days.
  • One page per city with its own data: sun hours, utility and tariff.
  • Queries nobody was fighting for: “peak sun hours in colombia”, at position 1.8.

The first published version said 584 clicks for August: that was the running total at day 20. It was corrected to 974 once the month closed.

(05) How I workLab standards, applied to business
1

A thesis in one sentence.

Every bet is written down with the observation that would invalidate it and the date it gets reviewed.

2

Measure before opinions.

Cases with numbers, not logos. If it isn’t in Search Console or in the database, it’s a hypothesis.

3

Do it by hand, then automate.

Automating a process nobody has done by hand just produces errors faster.

4

Paralysis costs more than a mistake.

A mistake gets fixed in the next commit; a postponed decision doesn’t come back.

Writing

Last of the Sapiens

A finished literary science-fiction novel, 74,077 words, now in revision. It’s about an extinction that doesn’t arrive with a catastrophe, but through bureaucratic omission. That’s where Vera comes from.

Why so many crafts

I’m drawn to connections between disciplines, technologies and ideas.

Almost everything I build comes from there: an operations system named after a novel, or an SEO method written with the rigour of a backtest.

Let’s talk

A web project?

My studio handles it, with the same system you saw above. NVDigital for Spain and Europe; Loco 22 for Latin America.

A partnership, an investment or an idea?

Write to me directly. Also to compare notes on systems that run with nobody watching.
